Individual golf/ all sports performance screening with 11 unique golf/ all sports fitness screens to address swing and body mechanic faults. You will also get a customized, on-line golf/ all sports fitness program you can follow to correct swing and body mechanic faults.

Following the screening, each person receives an e-mail that includes their evaluation results, a Golf/ All Sports Fitness Handicap, and a customized, corrective exercise program addressing their mechanical swing faults. For each corrective exercise there is a video demonstration.
